Our Experience - What We bring to Our Clients' Cases
Mr. Weimer and Mr. Boyce are graduates of George Mason University Law School. Each worked his way through law school while working full-time as a police officer. After law school, Mr. Boyce worked as a prosecutor for the Commonwealth Attorney's office. Mr. Weimer worked as a law clerk for the judges of the Prince William County Circuit Court.
As a result of their work and legal experience, our attorneys understand criminal charges and accident investigations from both sides of the aisle. As a result, we understand what sorts of questions to prepare for, what sorts of assumptions and weaknesses in a criminal case to exploit, and how to cross-examine experts to expose questionable motives in accident cases.
